There’s no doubt among participants, volunteers and relatives that Cycling without age moves everybody involved; physically, mentally and socially. But is it possible to document the effect? In Martin’s talk, he’ll present key findings from the recently concluded research project “When Movement Moves”, which evaluated the impact of Cycling Without Age on the quality of life, the physical, mental and social health of passengers in Cycling Without Age. The story will be told through excerpts from his observations of Cycling Without Age rides and interviews with passengers, pilots and nursing home staff, and supplied by simple statistics.
